Memberships are a great way to receive regular treatments for pain relief, or recurring sports injuries as you’re free to choose from any treatments available at any of our clinics.

Membership FAQs

To purchase a membership click here then-

  1. Once you have purchased the membership you will receive an email
  2. The email will provide your unique membership number and code
  3. Use the code when booking your treatment as normal when you reach the checkout and enter it into the discount box and click apply
  4. You can book your sessions up to three months at a time

You can schedule an appointment online and input your unique discount code when prompted.

You can cancel your booked treatment by logging into your account on the website under ‘my Bookings’, or by calling Target Therapies main number. Please note our late cancellation policy. Treatments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance to your session without any additional charge. Should you wish to entirely cancel your booking to receive a credit note please email us at info@targettherapies.co.uk.

If you do not show up or arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be charged at the full rate. To ensure a relaxing experience, and get the full benefits of the treatment, we advise guests to arrive on time (or early) for all scheduled appointments.

Target Therapies offers three levels of Membership – Bronze, Silver and Gold, which correspond to the session lengths of 45mins, 60mins and 90mins – to help make massage a part of your regular self-care routine. All levels of membership include financial savings, exclusive benefits, and more.

Target Therapies members are unable to cancel membership once the active term has commenced. However, members have the option to end their membership at the conclusion of the agreed contract period. If you wish to cancel your membership at the end of your contractual agreement, please contact info@targettherapies.co.uk

Our 6 month membership credits are valid for 6 months and the 12 month membership credits are valid for 12 months. Any unused massage credits will not roll-over after your membership has expired. No refunds are issued for unused credits. Please be sure to use your credits in the time frame stated. 

No, unfortunately we cannot freeze your membership.

Yes! You can share your membership with a family member, friend or colleague and split the cost and sessions between you both.

Yes! You can ‘gift’ one of your 12 sessions to a loved one by sharing your unique code with them. Please notify us.
